o.k guys and gals the cold weather is here and I suck at blogging... I need some interesting reads and I know that there arre several brilliant writers amoung us.  So if you could just get blogging and help others around here get some entertainment.  lol... Hope that you are still around and just hibernating or something.  wake up it is winter.lol

O.k I am stressed out...... Just venting a bit......slightly overwhelmed by the amount of extracurricular activities happening around our household these next few weeks.... Eek...I am only one person...Perhaps I should see if up there in Christines lab if she can whip me up a clone for a few weeks...

My advice to all of you mothers thinking that letting your kids do 2 things at once is a good thing.....Give your head a shake.....I wish I could have given mine one.....My day time activity is busy but tolerable and now between the hours of 3 and 9 are absolutely horrendous..... My kids are in dance and then they approach me with their big blue eyes batting and ask if they can do baseball.... Of course I think, what harm is there in that?????????? oh my...Dance is done in three weeks but in the meantime oh my!! don't know how I am going to do it..

Oh well we always figure it out.... 4 dancing and 4 seperate practices and 4 seperate games.....What did I agree too..arghhhhhh

What we do for our kids....... I think I would do just about anything so shhhhhhh...don't tell them I  complained about it...lol

I read this today and really had a good laugh so i thought I might share this little snippet of parental wisdom....

On the first day of school, a first grade rhanded his teacher a note from his mom.  The note read, "the opinions expressed by this child are not necessarily those of his parents".

I thought it was hilarious because sometimes your kids say things and you wonder where in the world they came from.... Funny little characters....lol

O.k my son  is a funny boy.....I was s ent some flowers a little while ago and well of course I put them in the closet and hung them upside down so that I could dry them out.... I pulled them out of the closet and put them into a vase for only a moment because I did not want the petals to fall off onto the floor and get ruined I like to keep them together if at all possible....

Anyway my son Hayden sees this and he is a very concerned boy by naturehe looks at me and with a slight look of disgust says to me " mommy don't you think that you should feed your flowers they are so hungry that they can't even stand up."

Now this may be slightly funny to some but If you would have seen the look  on his face.....oh my it was a mastercard commercial moment...........

This is why we love our children so....They keep us so honest all of the time.......

O.k now I feel like there has got to be something wrong with my kids dance program......People seem to think that it is odd that we had to wait in line for doors to open at a ticket fair for a dance recital that our kids have been preparing for , for the last year........

Does anyone have children in Dance?????How did you get your tickets??????

All I know was that tickets went on sale at 1:00 people started lining up outside of villanove festival theatre at 9a.m.  I realize that our kids are our stars and all but at what point does this seem ridiculous....Pitching a tent practically waiting for tickets to a recital.  I don't know maybe this is how it works but It does seem a little far fetched......

We did it last year too and I am thinking that there has to be a better way to do this......A little frustrating....I did get my tickets but I had a maximum that I was able to get.... Here is another sore spot....I have 4 kids that pay to dance every year...... I am allowed 5 tickets for my family but then again a family with one dancer gets the same 5...So now if my kids didn't all belong to me they would each get 5 tickets but becaus ethey are the same family I only get 5 still....Am I little crazzzzy and self absorbed??????? I just think that I pay seperate tuition for my kids so I should get seperate tickets....Oh wee must be that I am cranky I guess.....

Let me know what you all think of this......Am I being unreasonable???????

O.k. i have hit a wall and run out of cool ideas.  I am remodeling my kids toy room and Do not want to spend a whole lot of money but I want it to be really cool.... I am putting some wild fish bowls that are flat on one side up on the wall for some beta fish and as for colours I do not know what I want and what to put in it....The room is approx 12x14.  We have a tv and dvd player in there and really want some cool storage ideas that are fun and a really rockin workspace....Ideas please..... I have looked on the ikea site and  all of the cool stuff is unavailable online and I am not sure I want to take a trip to t.o for a toyroom...

Please help......
